We care deeply about ensuring cleanliness and maintaining the property at a comfortable level for all our guests. We will take care of cleaning the apartments, bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen in the best possible way. We will provide clean bed and bath linens, striving to offer our guests what we ourselves expect to find when traveling for work or leisure.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to help us keep our apartments clean and presentable. Otherwise, we will be forced to charge an additional €100.00 to intervene on your behalf, removing excessive dirt accumulation, unwashed dishes, and cookware left dirty.
In case of damages, you will be required to cover the cost of the material damages incurred as well as any revenue losses due to the time required to restore the property.
The swimming pool may remain closed for safety reasons in case of adverse weather conditions.
