Norio is the result of our dream and our passion, Red Wine grown on the Valdarno hills, between Chianti Classico and the Aretini Hills.
A 100% San Giovese wine, with IGT Toscana certification, from the grapes of our vineyard planted by us, harvested and vinified by us.
The vinification was refined with 20 months aging in oak barrels, 500 lt toneut, and then spent 1 month in steel and at least one month in the bottle before sale.
As per Tuscan tradition, every farm cannot miss the olive grove, olive grove from cuoi comes our precious extra virgin olive oil, cultivated, harvested and pressed in the Tuscan territory.
